30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and 1-year Limited Warranty
NGTeco is committed to putting our clients first and providing exceptional customer service. We produce all of our products with premium materials and detailed craftsmanship. Therefore, we offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction 30-Day Guarantee and 1-Year Limited Warranty.
  
Return and exchange policy within 30 days
This 30-day period begins on the date the item is marked delivered by the shipping carrier.
This no-hassle return policy allows you to return your purchased items. If you have found a quality issue within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, you can choose to ask for a refund or free repair services. In this case, you do not need to bear the freight.
If you do not like your purchased item and it is in an unused, undamaged condition and its original packaging, you can return it to NGTeco, but you shall bear the freight.
No refund will be made if the product is damaged due to improper use. But we can provide repair services and you shall bear the freight, spare parts’ costs, and any additional charges.
 
More than 30 days, but within 1 year from the date of purchase
NGTeco does not support return and exchange but replacement or repairing at your own cost, regardless of the cause of the quality issue. In this case, you shall bear the freight and accessories’ charges.
 
More than 1 year
Products purchased more than 1 year cannot be replaced or returned. If you need our repair services, you need to bear the freight, accessories, and repair costs.

Order Number
Serial Number
Date of Purchase
Place of Purchase (i.e., Amazon, Website, Bob’s Tackle Shop, and so on)
Reason for Request
 
This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end-user purchaser. An original or copy of a sales receipt from the original NGTeco authorized retailer is required for all warranty claims. This Limited Warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized retailers (including, without limitation, online 3rd-party sellers who sell on auction sites). The Warranty is subject, but not limited to, the following exclusions:
Commercial or rental use;
Average and expected wear and tear;
Defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, excessive or improper use, or unauthorized modification, alteration, repair, or maintenance of the product;
Use of the product other than its intended purpose
Products not in the original NGTeco packaging, without all materials, included, or not in new or as-new condition;
Products not purchased from an NGTeco authorized retailer.
 
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the condition of the returned item is approved, your refund will be processed. Shipping costs will not be refunded on products returned via our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Your refund will be processed as soon as we have received the returned product by this policy.

This Warranty will be governed and construed under the laws of the country in which the NGTeco product purchase took place.
