Why does the APP keep showing 'Please bind to the same network of clock' when I scan the OR code?

You should connect the time clock and your phone to the same Wi-F1 network. Turn on DHCP in device and set the Configure IP option to Automatic in your phone Wi-Fi setup page. You can co mpare the IP address between your phone and time clock. The first three segments of the IP address must be the same, but the last segment should be different. For example, the IP address of your phone is 192.168. 18.74, and the IP address of time clock is 192. 168 18 210. If you have confirmed the previous content but the APP keeps showing that prompt, please restart your We-Fi router and try again. Because some routers would abnormally be working after long-time running .

How can I enter letters and characters in the W1/W2/D1/D2?
The T 9 mode allows you to enter the Uppercase, Lowercase and Special characters in the text input fields. You can enter the alphabets and special characters by pressing one keystroke per letter. • Navigate to the required text field and press Each key on the keypad ha s a few letters printed above them. For example, pressing 3 can enter D, E, and F. To enter "F", press 3 thrice. This is accomplished by comparing the number of keystrokes with the internal syntactical dictionary to determine the letter.

We have multiple locations, is it possible to clock in on one of the units at location A and then clock out on another unit at location B?
Dear User, yes you can clock in in location A and clock out in location B. You can view the same in our NGTeco Office software.

can an employee timecard be downloaded each week showing employee in & out punches with hours worked that can then be printed to have emp sign?
You can send the time report directly to your email address each week from our NGTeco Office software. After which you can take a print to have your employee sign.

When punching out, does it display the hours that person has worked?
Yes, after the punch out the total hours will reflect when you download the report from our NGTeco Office. But in device it will register the punches only.

is it Quick Books compatible?
Dear User, our devices are not compatible with third party software. Wherein the downloaded reports are in Excel format only. If you can upload the same in QuickBooks, then it shouldn't be an issue.

what is the URL to access the cloud software? will there ever be a charge for the software in the future?
Dear User, as amazon has restrictions on URL, we request you to reach us via call or email. And regarding the charges as of now we don't charge anything for the software but in future charges may be applicable based on the Value-added services.

Does this come with rfid cards, or do I need to purchase rfid cards
You get 1 card along with the product kit. If you are looking to provide cards to all your employees, you can purchase any 125 KHZ rfid cards which is compatible with our time clocks. We also have our RFID cards and the same can be purchased from amazon.

Yes, the device will store all the data and you no need to worry in the event of a power outage, the data can only be deleted manually by an admin.
