Automation programming does not allow me to change the color/brightness/color temperature of the light

This "Color/brightness/color temperature" is set by the product's producer and cannot be switched in the app. Since we are the APP's platform, we do not have permission to handle this issue for you. Why can't I connect a device to a gateway?
Dear user, we are sorry for your inconvenience. Please make sure that you have reset the sub-device to the status of the network configuration. The wireless signal strength may be weak. Ensure that there are no metal walls or high-power electric appliances between the gateway and the device. We recommend that the distance between the gateway and the device be less than 5 m when there are no walls between them.
