The notification can not load video, only streaming message

Camera can not see the video/record

The video stored in the camera cannot be played on the computer?
Dear user, we are sorry for your inconvenience. For security reasons (to prevent others from stealing the SD card from your camera for copying), even videos saved using the SD card are mostly encrypted and cannot be transferred to a computer or other storage medium (this is determined by the camera manufacturer). If you want to view the encrypted videos in SD cards, you can only use the playback function to play them through the App.
Can a user view previous video data of a device after I canceled the cloud storage service for the device and the user purchased the cloud storage ser
No, the user cannot see the information without knowing your user account information. The cloud storage service validity period and data are bound to the device and user information. To use the cloud storage service for a device, a user needs to purchase the service for the device and cannot check video data uploaded under any other user's account.
Why can't I connect the smart camera to my phone?

You can view historical videos anytime in the app. Notes: To use this service, you must have added the smart camera to your app account. You cannot download historical videos."
