Can I bind a doorbell or peephole to two mobile phones?
No. However, you can use the home or sharing feature to share a doorbell or peephole with others.
Why the motion detection alarm not work?

Tap Motion Detection Settings and select the required detection sensitivity. Can I use ordinary smart cameras outdoors?
Dear user, we are sorry for your inconvenience. Ordinary home cameras are indoor smart devices and are not waterproof. Using them outdoors without any cover may expose them to rain or moisture, which may damage the electronic parts.
How do I select a memory card for a camera?

If the video saved in the Micro SD card is stuck and unclear, it is because the writing speed of the memory card does not meet the standard, so the only low-quality video can be saved. We recommend that you use a Micro SD card dedicated to cameras (the writing speed is greater than 20 MB/s). This Micro SD card has a higher writing speed, and the saved video will not be stuck or unclear. In addition, 8 GB to 128 GB cards are supported based on the camera model.
Does a camera have any requirements for a microSD card?

Why does my camera make clicking noises in the morning and at night?
This is not a mechanical fault. When your camera detects a light change, it automatically switches between the day and night modes and generates a clicking sound.
Can I use a camera without connecting it to a power supply?
Dear user, we are sorry for your inconvenience. Not all cameras have embedded batteries. To use cameras without batteries, you must connect them to an external power supply. If you need to take a camera out, use a mobile power pack to supply power to it.
Where should I install a doorbell transmitter?
Dear user, we are sorry for your inconvenience. Install the doorbell transmitter on the wall near the doorframe or on glass doors. Do not install it on metal doors such as burglarproof and iron doors because of metal blocks signal.
Can the smart camera work properly without Wi-Fi?
Dear user, we are sorry for your inconvenience. No. Currently, the smart camera only supports communications through Wi-Fi and it can only work when connected to a Wi-Fi network.
