Returns

1. Return Eligibility

NGTeco offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged time clock devices purchased directly from NGTeco or authorized U.S. retailers. Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Product must be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective materials intact.
• No physical damage, scratches, or signs of tampering.
• Software licenses (if pre-installed) must remain unactivated.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• The following are excluded from returns:
  • Products marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Custom-configured devices per customer specifications
  • Opened or used products (unless defective, see Warranty Policy)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

4. Refund Process

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to NGTeco's error (e.g., wrong item shipped)

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from NGTeco's mistake.
• A prepaid return label will be provided for warranty-related returns (refer to Warranty Policy).

6. Exchange Policy

• Defective products within 30 days may be exchanged for a new unit at no additional cost.
• Exchanges beyond 30 days are subject to Warranty Policy terms.

7. Third-Party Purchases

Products bought through Amazon, eBay, or other marketplaces must follow the respective platform's return procedures.

9. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of non-defective products exceeding $1,000 in value.

NGTeco reserves the right to modify this policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the revision date.
