30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
You may return or exchange your product within 30 calendar days from the date it is marked delivered by the shipping carrier.
✔ Quality-related Returns (within 30 days)
If the product has quality issues:
You may request a full refund or free repair.
NGTeco will cover the shipping cost.
✔ Non-quality-related Returns (within 30 days)
If you change your mind and the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging:
You may return the product.
The customer is responsible for return shipping.
No refund will be issued if the product is damaged due to misuse.
Repair services are available at your own expense, including shipping and spare parts costs.
Support After 30 Days but Within 1 Year
Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 30 days. However, NGTeco offers repair or replacement services:
You are responsible for shipping costs and any accessory or repair charges.
Service is available regardless of cause (excluding exclusions listed below).
❌ After 1 Year
Products purchased over 12 months ago are not eligible for return or replacement.
Repair services are available, with all shipping, parts, and labor costs to be covered by the customer.
How to Request a Repair or Replacement
Please email ngtime@ngteco.com and include the following details:
Order Number
Product Serial Number
Date of Purchase
Place of Purchase (e.g., Amazon, ngteco.com, authorized dealer)
Reason for Request
Warranty Conditions & Exclusions
This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original end-user purchaser. A valid proof of purchase from an NGTeco authorized retailer is required.
The warranty does not cover:
Products used for commercial or rental purposes
Normal wear and tear
Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification
Use beyond intended purpose
Products not in original condition or packaging
Purchases from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, a refund will be issued promptly.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable for 30-day returns unless the item is defective.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the country where the product was originally purchased.
